**Position Overview**:
As a Counter Girl at our Express Burger Counter, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, assembling and preparing burgers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items.

**Burger Preparation**:

- Assemble burgers according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the burger preparation area.

**Food Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Follow proper handwashing and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to prevent spoilage.

**Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and return change to customers.

**Shift Management**:

- Work rotating shifts from **10am-3pm and 7pm-11pm (Daily)** with a break from **3pm-7pm.**:

- Ensure smooth transition between shifts and effective communication with other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
