**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms, focusing on organic growth.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform's audience, voice, and format.
- Monitor, respond to, and interact with the online community to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and amplify campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in all major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Deep understanding of organic growth tactics, audience engagement, and social media algorithms.
- Strong communication and creative skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
