**Position: E-Commerce Executive**

**Experience: 1 to 2 years**

**Salary: up to 25k per month**

**Gender : Any**

**Timing
- 9 AM to 6 pm or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days week)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Handle and respond to customer leads at e-commerce channels (India Mart, Amazon, FirstCry, and Meesho) and convert them into successful deals.**

**-B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Online Sales and Marketing, Digital and Social Media Sales and Marketing, Up Sale, Cross Sale, Lead Generation.**

**achieve company's E-commerce sales goal and targets monthly**

**-After Sales Service, Customer Support, and Customer Relationship**

**demonstrate expertise in managing orders, inventories, cataloging products, and other related operational tasks.**

**-Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as design, content, advertising, operations, and customer service.**

**-Create a superior customer experience by working with the operations and finance teams.**

**-optimization of sales and increased conversion rates.**

**-Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and solicit across all channels.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:
