Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to the management team.

Report Generation: Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to various departments, summarizing key performance metrics and insights.

System Maintenance: Oversee the management and maintenance of the MIS software and hardware, ensuring smooth operation and resolving technical issues.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to streamline operations.

Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data, following industry best practices and compliance standards.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and systems to improve data entry and reporting accuracy.

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to data processes, procedures, and user manuals.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest enhancements to the MIS system.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
