We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **MIS Executive** to manage stock-related data, monitor warehouse operations, and generate accurate reports for smooth business functioning. The role involves maintaining real-time stock records, preparing MIS reports, and supporting the warehouse team in ensuring operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update warehouse stock data accurately in the system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, stock movement, inward/outward, and consumption.
- Track and monitor stock reconciliation, shortages, and variances.
- Prepare operational reports for management decision-making.
- Support warehouse team in documenting GRNs, stock transfers, and returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs like stock aging, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in audit requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify gaps in stock management and suggest process improvements.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard, etc.) and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management, and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/WMS preferred).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Logistics or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, preferably in warehouse or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
