**Experience Required**: 2-5 years in MIS/PPC roles (Manufacturing/Textile/Garments preferred)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, update, and maintain daily production reports, WIP reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and stores departments to track raw material status and production schedules.
- Generate MIS reports including daily, weekly, and monthly production performance summaries.
- Monitor delivery timelines and update management with delay alerts or risks.
- Assist in capacity planning, production scheduling, and order tracking.
- Handle data collection, analysis, and reporting using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Track material issuance and consumption across departments.
- Maintain records related to inventory, job cards, purchase orders, and job work.
- Assist in ERP data entries and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Provide analytical support to production and management teams for decision-making.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF conditions, etc.)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Understanding of PPC processes in manufacturing/garments/têxtiles (preferred)
- Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or other)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce/Science/Engineering
- Diploma/Certification in MIS, Excel, or PPC (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in MIS/PPC functions in a manufacturing setup

**Working Days**:
Monday to Saturday
