We are currently seeking a personable and professional Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and provide accurate information to guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of special events, celebrations, and VIP guest arrangements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure a memorable stay.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest relations or customer service role at a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
