
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas or targets set by the organization.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and sourcing new sales opportunities through various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gaining a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals.
- **Market Research**: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions, often using CRM software.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Skills Required:
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication for presenting products, discussing customer needs, and negotiating deals.
- **Persuasion and Negotiation**: Ability to persuade and convince potential clients about the benefits of your products or services.
- **Relationship Building**: Establishing rapport with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- **Time Management**: Effectively managing time and prioritizing sales efforts to meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Addressing customer concerns and obstacles that may hinder the sales process.
- **Sales Strategy**: Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet goals.
- **CRM and Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
