**About the Role**

As a Junior Process Analyst, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and improving critical business processes that directly impact U.S. logistics operations. You’ll work on real-world business challenges, collaborate with leadership teams, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day functions.

This is a role for people who take accountability seriously — who don’t just finish tasks, but take pride in solving problems and delivering results that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize backend operations for U.S.based logistics clients.
- Build and maintain structured reports and trackers using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Use basic data functions such as VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and formatting to manage and organize information effectively.
- Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements in workflow efficiency.
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency.
- Take full ownership of assigned processes — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to solve operational and business-level challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
