- Make outbound calls to prospective students and inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about the three-month course, including curriculum, benefits, and enrollment process.
- Address queries and concerns, guiding potential students in making informed decisions.
- Maintain and update the database of leads and follow-up records.
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Handle inbound calls and assist with general inquiries.
- Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
