**Experience: Total: 16 to 18 years**
- 3 to 5 years (inclusive of 3 years working with licensed architect)
- 10 years of experience with residential design and production in a leadership role managing others.
- Experience must include working on staff for a residential builder, ideally 5+ years working for a large construction builder.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Management**
- Support business goals by managing teams and monitoring weekly workloads considering focus on quality and on-time delivery.
- Act as unified liaison between in-house architecture and corporate team leaders.
- Continually improve and maintain continuity of communication and documentation in Design teams.
- Manage outside vendors as required.
- Develop and maintain excellent partnerships across the Projects Team.

**Functional Strategy**
- Oversee the production of architectural drawings for all divisions and ensure on-time delivery to the divisions.
- Manage group to provide on time delivery of review drawing.
- Determine and execute on best solutions for construction issues that relate to architectural and builder service’s needs.
- Coordinate and delegate frame walk schedules and attend frame walks as required and prepare frame walk notes.

**Design**
- Utilize company-performed market research surveys to guide and dictate in design plans.
- Actively lead and support architecture staff in the development of plans, starting with the market surveys through the DRB (Design Review Board) Package.
- Responsible for providing design direction for floorplans and exterior elevations.
- Utilize and communicate design knowledge to aid in establishing design strategy as it relates to the business model.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Strong management abilities and consistent team leadership
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams and be able to communicate design knowledge visually as well as verbally
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple concurrent project timelines
- Strong working knowledge of residential construction techniques and methodologies
- Once established within culture, business model and practice, will be able to critically review the work of others from a design perspective, provide appropriate feedback and support both production and design, to increase the skill set of all staff on the team
- Ability to clearly communicate expectations and strong interpersonal skills
- Business acumen, solid understanding of financial aspects, direct costs, etc.
- Quick to learn and ability to understand key components and importance of the business model
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to comprehensively present findings and issues in clear and succinct presentations

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
