**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Capture live performances, rehearsals, and behind-the-scenes moments of the band.
- Create engaging reels, short videos, and other social media content.
- Edit footage to produce high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- **Photography/Videography**:

- Operate cameras during live shows, including capturing dynamic crowd and performance shots.
- Ensure aesthetic lighting and angles for behind-the-scenes and on-stage visuals.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Collaborate with the band to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
- Stay updated with trends on platforms like Instagram and YouTube to keep content fresh.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit videos and photos, including adding transitions, effects, and captions.
- Deliver finalized content on time for scheduled postings.
- **Social Media Support**:

- Assist with posting, scheduling, and captioning content across social platforms.
- Help analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**:

- Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or Canva).
- Basic understanding of music and live performance environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in content creation, videography, or photography is preferred.
- Experience covering live events or working with bands/artists is a bonus.
- **Personality Traits**:

- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Passionate about music and storytelling.
- Creative thinker and problem solver who can adapt to fast-paced environments.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
