Mohali, India Valenta - Hiring for client Full time

**Profile**: - System Administrator
**Experience**: - 3-5 years
**Job Location**: - Mohali, Punjab
**Shift: -** Rotational Shift (Day only)

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and maintain all aspects of a Valenta's computer infrastructure.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Coordinating to ensure networks, servers, security programs and systems are in place.
- Manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software.
- Installing new systems and assessing and implementing upgrades as needed.
- Coordinate for any other requirements of that location.
- Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Troubleshooting, analysing, resolving technical issues (MS 365, Windows OS, laptop, desktop, kiosks/touchscreens, printers, mobile devices like: Apple/Android).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Proficient in using Outlook software and adding accounts in it.
- Familiar with Lastpass.
- Good knowledge in 0365 user creation, VM Creation, and layers.
- Joining user in Azure AD.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling and resolving IT issues.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 per year
