**- Job Description: -**

1. Conversant with Electrical, PHE, Fire Fighting, HVAC, LV, IBMS, Security System and other Misc. Packages.
2. Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders (VO)
3. Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices.
4. Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
5. Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration.
6. Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.
7. Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyse prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and bid price
8. Quantity take-off of MEP Works.
9. Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
10. Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
11. Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence
12. Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.
13. Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
14. Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities

** Profile Requirement: -**

1. B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Must have 5 Years to 8 Years of experience in Cost Management/ Quantity Surveying. Must be excellent at Post Contract and Quantity Surveying works in Commercial or High End Residential sector.
