Key Responsibilities:
- New Corporate & RWA Tie Ups
- Sales Growth
- Develop effective Marketing plans for promotional activities and quick implementation to increase foot fall.
- Develop and maintain a customer & prospect data base.
- Responsible for providing correct &effective communication to existing & prospective customers about our services.
- Responsible for developing long term positive customer relationship to increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty and confidence in HA as a partner or choice.
- Responsible for identifying customer needs ad closing deals to achieve revenue budget.
- Ability to drive market creation initiatives under guidance of Marketing & Operation managers.
- Profit Generation through marketing activities
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Brand promotion
- Brand Visibility
- Creating Brand Value
- Customer Satisfaction
- Creating Goodwill & Public Image of the Organization

Keeping tab on competitor activity and action towards it
- Customer engagement in camps and through digital media
- Customer Attrition - identification and controlling the same
- Market survey for identification of new areas for Store opening
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Campaign Analysis and improvising the weak areas
- Adherence to organization vision, mission and values
- Team performance reviews monthly
- Support to other departments as and when required
- Innovative ideas for overall growth of the organization.
