**Experience Range - **4 - 5 years**

**Mandatory Requirement**:

- Proficiency in conducting keyword research and identifying relevant keywords for optimization.
- Ability to optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and content.
- Understanding of technical SEO aspects including website crawlability, indexability, and site speed optimization.
- Experience in developing and implementing link building strategies to improve website authority.
- Proficiency in using SEO analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and derive insights.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis and identify SEO opportunities.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
Manage the Search Engine Optimization responsibilities of company websites and client’s websites. Bring on SEO solution expertise in projects for effective delivery of broad milestones as well as micro level tasks in projects to achieve the campaign KPIs and business goals for clients.

The role will be responsible for planning and execution of SEO objectives.
- Performing keyword research in sync with the client’s business goals in order to optimize the prevailing content and discover new opportunities.
- A detailed analysis of the results derived that should be in coordination with the website’s structure and the web pages.
- Should suggest and implement strategies for content development. All the strategies should be in sync with SEO objectives’
- Moderate search engine programs that include webmaster tools, XML sitemaps etc., in order to make the reports of the client’s projects.
- Also, give a helping hand in producing marketing content like blog posts, posts, case studies, etc.
- Execute campaigns for link building campaigns that should go hand in hand with client’s SEO objectives.
- Assistance in creating and implementing content strategies, keeping in mind the SEO goals
- Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and mark the key areas of importance according to the client goals.
- Always analyze and keep a tab on the results and the search performance across all the channels
- Work with the other team members to reach client goals

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for around 4 to 5 years
- Efficient skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must have a know-how with website analysis along with a variety of analytics tools. This includes Google Analytics as well as the internal reporting tool.
- Should know how to with popular keyword tools (Google, SEMRUsh, Keyword Discovery, etc.)
- Sufficient knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
- Degrees preferred: BS/BA

- Contribution to enable client satisfaction of projects delivered.
- Demonstration of technical excellence in SEO and digital marketing on the projects and for building the function.
- Ownership towards learning client business, industry, customer & competition.
- Ability to deliver error free and high-quality output on projects.
- Guide the team of analysts to follow the SEO framework, processes and templates and contribute in evolving them.
- Introduce best practices to the team based on knowledge and expertise in digital marketing and SEO.
