Primary Responsibilities
- Handling of customer sales requests.
- Handling B2B sales
- Meeting Architects and understanding the requirements
- Execution of Sales Processes like Submitting offers to customer and follow up of the same.
- Follow
- up with Sales Team for the ongoing and future projects.
- Execution of Sales order, preparation of machines GRN, machine invoicing.
- Preparing Sales status, and co-coordinating with the respective sales person.
- Preparation of customer data as required from time to time.
- Preparation of Service/Sales Engineer utilization.
- Checking of expenses and process for further approvals.
- Ordering of special components for new machines.
- Signing according to signature regulations.
- Booking of Sales Orders.
- Issuing of Sales Invoices Competencies. Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
- Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department.
- Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
- Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
- Correct discrepancies in customer account balances.
- Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records.
- Assist administration department in preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings, events and appointments Other Requirements
- Min. 2 Years experience in real estate sales
- Good communication skill with fluent English
- Any Graduate
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
