**Position**: Assistant Teacher

**Reporting to**: Subject Head / Academic Coordinator / Principal

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Support lead teachers in the day-to-day conduct of classes, revision sessions, and doubt clearing.
- **Student Development**:

- Guide students in homework, projects, creative writing, presentations, and skill development activities.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Help in setting assignments, quizzes, practice papers, and examinations.
- Assist in evaluating student progress and preparing academic performance reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of student assessments.
- **Co-curricular Participation**:

- Encourage student participation in Olympiads, cultural activities, and literary competitions.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Regularly interact with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss academic progress and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with departmental teams for lesson planning, innovative teaching strategies, and curriculum enrichment.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Use smart boards, audiovisual tools, language labs, science models, and educational apps for modern teaching.
- Assist in preparing digital lesson plans, e-content, worksheets, and online assessments.
- **Professional Development**:

- Actively participate in training workshops, academic seminars, and continuous learning programs.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching techniques, and educational policies.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication, language proficiency, and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management abilities and student engagement techniques.
- Basic digital literacy with exposure to educational technology.
- Team collaboration, time management, patience, and adaptability.

Educational Qualifications:

- **Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics)**:

- **Commerce Subjects (Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, etc.)**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in relevant field + B.Ed (preferred/mandatory).
- **Arts Subjects (History, Geography, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, etc.)**:

- **Language Subjects (Hindi / English)**:

- B.A / M.A in Hindi or English + B.Ed (preferred/mandatory).

Note: CTET/STET/TET certification preferred as per the state or board requirements.

**Experience**:

- 0-3 years teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in tutoring, internships, or assistant teaching will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
