As a part of business operations, Nayara and its partners deal with procurement of a large number of categories, **Electrical / Instrumentation (Material and Services) is one of such categories **. The subcategory manager will be responsible for ensuring execution of requirement under Electrical/Instrumentation category in cost effective supply and services of all commodities and establishing strategic partnerships with supplier and contractors. This position will interact with several functions in the organization and will report to the category Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation.

- 1- Category Action Plan for Procurement- Overall responsible for category responsible and exhibit the NAYARA policy to third parties & subordinates.
- Implement policies and reviews the same & make sure for compliance of policy for self and team member.
- Overall, In charge of NAYARA Ethical policy, anti-corruption policy for self and team.
- Responsible for implementation of SOP & e procurement tools for the category (Check, balance & control).
- Responsible for supplier management for category. Identify & implement parameters for supplier relation, supplier performance and exhibit the same.
- 2- Procurement strategy execution- Co-ordination with planning & analytics team to prepare spend analytics. Review & Monitor data and present the same to management for category responsible.
- Prepare Procurement planning based on demand planning for category responsible and execute procurement planning.
- Prepare category segmentation and category strategies & execute the same.
- Prepare approved vendor list for category responsible and work to optimise the same.

- 3- Develop In-house database- Establish accurate, reliable data base of suppliers / aggregator / service providers.
- Track & monitor category spend, demand plan & notify deviations within the category.
- Prepare category strategy, sourcing strategy, buying channel, negotiations strategy & execute the same to meet Organization & Dept. KPIs.
- 4- Team Management- To create, maintain and improve the category procurement team Electrical.
- 5Key Performance Indicator
- Saving (p.a) within the category in line with category value delivery plan.
- Trend in category material & services with respect to plan/past transaction/estimates as well as focus on market Trend in category material & services.

**Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:B.E/ B.Tech. Instrumentation (With Post graduation in Materials Management is additional advantage)**Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience**:3 to 8 years’ experience in in various aspects of **Instrumentation **Procurement in Large Scale Refinery and Petrochemicals or any other large scale industries. Experience in SAP. In-depth knowledge of Procurement & Contracts.**Functional Skills**:
