**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials.

**Sourcing and Procurement**:
Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and other goods or services required for the production process.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, such as favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

**Market Analysis**:
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and changes in prices of relevant commodities.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.

**Purchase Order Processing**:
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and maintain proper documentation.

**Quality Assurance**:
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that purchased materials meet the required standards.

Address any quality issues with suppliers and work towards continuous improvement.

**Cost Control**:
Implement cost control measures to optimize procurement expenses without compromising on quality.

Monitor and report on budget adherence for procurement activities.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the procurement process.

Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions and other procurement-related risks.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination in the procurement process.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:
