**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop New External provider as per project requirements.
2. Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
3. Float RFQ to registered external provider.
4. Comparing of RFQ, negotiation and placing of PO to lower one external provider.
5. Follow-up with external provider for materials readiness and delivery schedule.
6. Deliver daily/weekly/monthly purchase order report to manager that indicates the vendor
invoice number for all closed purchase orders.
7. Work with the project team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders
and report any back-ordered or missing products.
8. Assist the Supply chain executive for the timely delivery of goods at the sites.
9. Establish reliable lines of contact with the team to ensure that all field purchase orders are accurate.

**Educational and Professional Background**
1. B.COM / B.E.(Electrical)
2. Years of Experience: 1+ years
3. Strong negotiating skills
4. Understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, and industry-standard purchase order software
platforms.
5. Ability to work well with a team.
6. Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
