**Leadership & Strategy**:

- Lead school development plans in line with academic and extracurricular growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Represent the school in public forums, CBSE meetings, and educational events.

**Student & Parent Engagement**:

- Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians through meetings, newsletters, and events.
- Address and resolve student and parent concerns promptly and professionally.

**Budgeting & Infrastructure**:

- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning in coordination with the school management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Postgraduate Degree (preferably in Education or related field)
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Thorough knowledge of CBSE policies, academic frameworks, and school operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team
