The teacher is expected to prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance examinations (e.g., NEET), and instill a love for learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive Biology lessons aligned with CBSE/State/ICSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and teaching aids.
- Conduct lab sessions and supervise practical experiments.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests.
- Maintain student discipline and classroom management.
- Participate in curriculum development, workshops, and school events.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians during PTMs and maintain regular communication.
- Use modern teaching tools such as smart boards, digital platforms, and educational apps.
- Stay updated with recent developments in the field of Biology and pedagogy.
- Contribute to extracurricular science activities, clubs, and science fairs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational**:

- Master’s Degree in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is **mandatory**.
