Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.
**Role Purpose**
We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Executive to join our team in Ankleshwar. The Dispatch Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient dispatch of goods and products to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy
**Responsibility**
- **Coordinate Dispatch Operation**:
- Manage and oversee the dispatch operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of deliveries.
- Ensure all dispatch activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- **Order Verification**:
- Review and verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with shipping policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- **Documentation & Record - Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including shipment details, delivery times, and any incidents or delays.
- Generate necessary documentation, such as waybills, invoices, and shipping labels.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
- **Safety & Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines in dispatch operations.
- Conduct regular checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the dispatch process.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
**Skills Required**:
- Knowledge of dispatch software and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
**Experience Required**
- 1-4 years of experience in dispatch operations or a related field.
**Qualification Required**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification is a plus
- Graduate is preferred
**Mandatory Requirement**
- Must be a local from Ankleshwar or nearby areas
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
