We are looking for a super-skilled Instructional Designer to join our team as we build world-class courses and shape the unique learning experience of Kalvi students. We want a colleague who is ideas-driven, and is passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience.

What will you do as an Instructional Designer?
- Own the learning experience of Kalvi's courses
- Build engaging and outcome-oriented courseware inclusive of lessons, lectures, activities, and assessments
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to craft the right learning experience
- Learn Subject Matter Expertise so that you can step into the trenches yourself and build the course
- Tie together individual content pieces from various stakeholders into a cohesive learning experience

What skills and traits would you need?

Education
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Essential)
- Specialised course / certification on design models (Preferable)

Experience
- 3-7 years in Instructional design
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Hands on experience in creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content

Soft Skills
- Creative and passionate about building outcome-oriented learning modules on computer science content or Programming
- Demonstrated expertise in creating learning modules (preferably on soft skills / behavioural science related domains)
- Expertise in Google slides (or equivalent) and video creation tools (like Camtasia Studio, Prezi, Adobe Premier Pro etc.)
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Knowing how to be on-task and efficiently working to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with fluid scope of work
- Positive attitude to give and accept constructive criticism

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
