Title: DP Executive / Demat Account Opening Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

**Salary**: To be discussed during the interview

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the process of opening Demat accounts for clients efficiently and accurately.
- Assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork and documentation for account opening.
- Educate clients about the benefits of Demat accounts and the services offered by the company.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the account opening process.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account opening procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues or queries related to account opening.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the account opening process.
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the securities industry.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role in the stock market or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Knowledge of Demat account opening procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Depository Operations or related field is a plus.

Note: The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,754.35 - ₹25,240.62 per month
