Mis Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**: Develop, maintain, and update management information systems for tracking depot operations such as bus fleet performance, maintenance schedules, charging data, fuel consumption (for hybrid models), staff attendance, and other key metrics.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on depot operations, including vehicle performance, uptime, maintenance costs, staffing levels, and other critical KPIs. Present data to senior management for decision-making and performance analysis.
- **Data Collection & Integration**: Collect data from various sources, including vehicle sensors, maintenance logs, fuel consumption records, employee attendance systems, and financial reports. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- **System Maintenance & Optimization**: Ensure that the MIS software and systems used by the depot are running smoothly and efficiently. Work with IT teams to resolve any issues related to software or hardware and ensure system uptime.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and manage databases that store key operational data. Ensure that data is properly categorized, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval and analysis.
- **Data Analysis & Insights**: Perform in-depth analysis of depot operations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to management for optimizing operations, reducing costs, and improving service quality.
- **Forecasting & Trend Analysis**: Use historical data to forecast future operational needs, such as staffing levels, vehicle availability, and maintenance schedules. Assist in creating predictive models for fleet management and bus performance.
- **Software Development & Customization**: Work with IT teams or third-party vendors to customize MIS software, including developing new reporting tools or dashboards tailored to depot-specific needs. Ensure software meets the needs of all relevant stakeholders (e.g., operations, maintenance, finance).
- **Documentation & SOPs**: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the collection, processing, and reporting of data. Ensure all team members follow the SOPs and maintain consistent data entry practices.
- **User Support & Training**: Provide training and support to depot staff on using MIS tools and systems. Offer troubleshooting assistance and help users interpret and act on the data.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work closely with departments such as operations, maintenance, finance, and human resources to understand their data needs and provide relevant reporting and analysis. Ensure data flow between departments is seamless and efficient.
- **Compliance & Security**: Ensure that all data is handled in compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing MIS systems, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong knowledge of data management, database administration, and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable manner.
- Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Understanding of electric vehicle operations, maintenance, and fleet management (desirable but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical data in an understandable format for non-technical staff and management.
- Basic understanding of the operations of a bus depot or similar transportation facility is a plus.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support their data needs.

**Education & Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 3+ years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role, preferably within transportation, logistics, or similar operational environments.
- Experience in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in the public transport or electric vehicle sector is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position with standard working hours. Flexibility may be required during peak reporting periods or to resolve system issues.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
