**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee organizations' computer systems and management.
- Maintain information systems and networks
- Upgrade existing and install new hardware and software.
- To back up data and manage network security.
- Resolve issues with systems and programs
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- IT Asset and inventory management.
- Arrange service and replacement of equipment as necessary.

**Skills preferred**:
Qualification: Btech computer science or Bsc computer science/diploma in computer science

Atleast **1 year of experience as system admin**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- System administration: 1 year (preferred)
