Key Responsibilities
- **Data Input and Updates**:Inputting data from various sources (paper documents, digital records) into databases and computer systems.
- **Data Verification**:Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- **Database Management**:Updating, maintaining, and organizing databases, digital, and paper filing systems.
- **Data Security and Backups**:Performing regular backups of data to ensure preservation and following data protection policies to maintain confidentiality.
- **Report Generation**:Preparing and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as requested by management.
- **Information Retrieval**:Responding to requests to retrieve data from databases or electronic files.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and printing documents.

**Required Skills**:

- **Typing Speed and Accuracy**:Fast and accurate typing abilities are crucial for efficient data entry.
- **Attention to Detail**:The ability to focus and spot even minor errors or inconsistencies in the data.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Proficiency in data capturing and office management software, especially Microsoft Office Suite (like Excel) and Google Suite.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong skills in organizing and managing large volumes of data and electronic records.
- **Time Management**:The ability to manage time effectively and multitask to handle high volumes of data.
- **Confidentiality**:Understanding and adherence to data confidentiality and security protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
