**Position Overview**:
As an MIS Executive / Data Entry professional at Kalki Fashion, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data, generating reports, and assisting in the preparation of management information systems (MIS). The role involves ensuring the accuracy of data entry, creating reports, and assisting various departments with data-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases in a timely manner.
- **MIS Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of regular reports related to sales, inventory, production, and other key business metrics.
- **Data Analysis**: Perform basic data analysis to generate insights for management decision-making.
- **Database Management**: Ensure that all data is properly categorized, stored, and maintained in the company's database.
- **System Maintenance**: Update and manage the MIS system regularly to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
- **Inventory & Sales Tracking**: Help in tracking inventory, sales, and product movement across departments, generating reports accordingly.
- **Support Teams**: Assist different teams (Sales, Production, Finance) with relevant data and reports to support business operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all data entries, report generation, and other important information.
- **Data Accuracy**: Ensure that data entered is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies promptly.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or MIS reporting. Experience in the fashion industry or a similar retail environment is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Knowledge of MIS systems and report generation tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Other Requirements**: Ability to handle confidential information and a high level of accuracy in all data-related tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with database management software or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry and its data management needs.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
