We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the digital signage market.

**Position Overview**:As a Business Development and Sales Representative at Techworks, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our state-of-the-art digital signage solutions. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' communication needs while exceeding their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and industries to target for business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' communication challenges and propose innovative digital signage solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to position Techworks effectively in the market.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹9,520.69 - ₹44,589.41 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
