**Job Title: Account Assistant**

**Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The Account Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist with the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.**

**Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.**

**Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.**

**Assist in the maintenance of financial records and documentation for audits and compliance.**

**Handle routine financial tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.**

**Assist in monitoring and managing petty cash funds.**

**Provide administrative support to the finance department, including organizing and maintaining financial documents and records.**

**Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve financial and administrative issues.**

**Support the preparation of financial reports as needed.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)
