**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, provide information about products/services, and answer inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing concerns, questions, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to convert them into business.
- Record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints and escalate as necessary.
- Provide product/service recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during interactions with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet targets.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English(if applicable).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Hundred, WV 26575 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
