**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal guidance on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise on corporate structure, legal risks, and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external legal counsel as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide proactive and strategic legal support.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

**Qualifications**:

- LLB degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in India.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
