Data Qc Operator with Proficiency in French

You are able to process tons of digital information in the shortest possible terms.

The position involves entering data from various types of documents into the company computer system for processing and management. The job requires to convert printed data in a numerical format, assume data proofreading and process details and quality control daily report.

A real involvement in several clients projects is expected and may lead to a Project Manager position.

**DUTIES**
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Ensure proper running of databases by means of timely data input.
- Assume data proofreading.
- Discern data processing problems, troubleshoot and report them if necessary.
- Elaborate new methods of data entry to increase productivity.
- Enter identifiable information in order to execute data tracking activities.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Put into practice data program procedures and techniques.
- Collect, verify, and sort the found data before actually adding it to the database.
- Finalize the incomplete documents by filling them with lacking bits of information.
- Undertake report compiling activities and assume backup operations.
- Follow the intercorporate requirements for data integrity and respect security policies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1+ years of experience in BPO, data operator or similar.
- Experience in Content Transformation is a real plus.
- Ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
- Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite.
- Keen eye for detail and quality control oriented.
- English, French proficiency
- Excellent typing abilities and good communication skills.
