Sales Representative Demat Acount Activation

We are hiring **dynamic and target-oriented Telecallers** for **Demat account activation**. If you're a go-getter with excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling/sales, this is a great opportunity to work in the finance and stock market industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Call & follow up with leads generated by our marketing team.
- Educate prospects about demat account benefits and assist in activation process.
- Explain value-added services: free stock market training, strategy sessions, webinars, and books (₹1 lakh worth freebies).
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly activation targets.
- Coordinate with backend and sales team.
- Report to office once a week for team meetings and performance updates.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 6 months of telecalling/sales experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication may apply).
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Familiar with financial or demat services (preferred).
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
- Must be fluent in **Hindi and English**.
