**Roles and** **Responsibilities**:
As a Junior System Administrator, you will assist in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure. You will work under the guidance of senior system administrators and IT managers to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, servers, and networks. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Maintenance**: Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- **User Support**: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- **System Updates**: Help with the installation and configuration of software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Assist in performing regular data backups and system recovery tasks to ensure data integrity and availability.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- **Security**: Support the implementation of security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and threats.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior administrators and other IT staff to manage projects and resolve complex issues.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing hardware and software inventory, including procurement and deployment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Some experience in a technical support or IT role is preferred.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
