Roles and Responsibilities of service advisor:
1. Customer Service:
Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their service needs or concerns, and providing courteous and professional assistance.

Communication: Acting as a primary point of contact between customers and the service department, providing updates and explanations regarding service processes and timelines.

Resolving Issues: Addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

2. Service Scheduling and Coordination:
Appointment Setting: Scheduling service appointments based on customer preferences and service department availability.

Service Workflow: Coordinating service requests with technicians and other service department staff to ensure timely completion of repairs or maintenance tasks.

Parts Ordering: Ordering necessary parts and ensuring their availability for scheduled service appointments.

3. Technical Knowledge and Advice:
Basic Technical Guidance: Providing basic technical explanations to customers regarding service procedures, vehicle maintenance, and recommended repairs.

Estimates and Quotes: Generating accurate cost estimates and repair quotes based on service requirements and dealership pricing guidelines.

4. Documentation and Administration:
Work Orders:Creating and managing service work orders, documenting customer concerns, vehicle symptoms, and service recommendations.

Invoicing: Processing service invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring transparency and clarity in billing.

5. Upselling:
Service Recommendations: Advising customers on additional maintenance or repair services based on vehicle condition, manufacturer recommendations, or customer preferences.

Promotions and Offers: Informing customers about service specials, promotions, and additional products or services that may benefit them.

6. Quality Assurance:
Inspection: Conducting quality inspections of completed service work to ensure it meets dealership standards and customer expectations.

Follow-up: Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, address any lingering concerns, and encourage feedback.

7. Training and Development:
Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest vehicle models, technologies, and service procedures through training provided by manufacturers or the dealership.

Skill Enhancement: Continuously improving customer service skills, technical knowledge, and understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
