Service advisor should act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.
- Direct interact with customer and understand the issue related to vehicle.
- Take a note of the issue on later create system-based job card with entering correct and relevant information of the customer and his vehicle.
- Inspect and advise customer about necessary repairs/maintenance of the vehicle in order to help customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, repair timeline respectively.
- Prepare and share the cost and time estimation of the work agreed by the customer.
- Ensure proper communication with customers as well as the floor supervisors.
- Assign vehicle to floor Supervisor and ensure timely delivery Contact customer for any add hock expenses occurring during the time of service.
- Inspect the vehicle repair before delivering and guide customer for billing process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
