Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Dealer Onboarding Executive with experience or interest in the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and AIS 140 compliance sector. The role involves identifying potential dealers, guiding them through onboarding formalities, and ensuring they are fully equipped and compliant to sell VTS and AIS 140-certified devices. You will serve as the key point of contact for dealers during the initial engagement and onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential dealers/distributors for VTS & AIS 140-certified devices across assigned territories.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including documentation, training, and system access.

Ensure dealers submit required documents: PAN, GST, MSME Certificate, Cancelled Cheque, Business Registration, etc.

Assist dealers in registering with State Transport Authorities (STA) and RTO systems where applicable.

Provide product training on AIS 140 compliance, GPS tracking features, SIM activation, and installation standards.

Facilitate KYC checks, portal creation, and stock mapping with internal teams.

Share and explain pricing structure, margins, warranty, and return policies clearly.

Ensure proper understanding of device installation SOPs, activation process, and post-sales service protocol.

Work closely with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely onboarding and first stock dispatch.

Maintain dealer onboarding pipeline and report daily/weekly progress to the reporting manager.

Support dealers during initial sales cycle and coordinate for marketing collateral or demo kits.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in dealer onboarding, channel sales, or technical sales—preferably in telematics, GPS, or automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of AIS 140 standards, VTS systems, and MORTH compliance is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and documentation handling.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with pan-India partners.

Ability to travel locally or regionally for dealer visits and onboarding sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with transport departments, fleet owners, or vehicle OEMs.

Familiarity with Indian government mandates related to commercial vehicle GPS tracking.

Knowledge of SIM management, IoT-based products, and installation workflows.
