**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop relationships with universities for campus recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management and recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes and succession planning efforts.
**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in technical recruiting across various roles within the organization.
- Experience in talent management practices that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and tools including Workday, Paychex, ADP, Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, and other HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of executive recruiting strategies as well as internal recruiting processes.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively through relationship management techniques.
