Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our organizational goals.
Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media management, cold calling, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo to track candidate progress.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop relationships with universities for campus recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management and recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes and succession planning efforts.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in technical recruiting across various roles within the organization.
- Experience in talent management practices that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Excellent interviewing techniques that lead to successful candidate placements.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and tools including Workday, Paychex, ADP, Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, and other HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of executive recruiting strategies as well as internal recruiting processes.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively through relationship management techniques.
