1. Job Description:
1. Assist Sr. Executive/AM in RM Purchase
- Provide support in the procurement of raw materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely purchasing.

2. Handle Import Documentation and Customs Clearance
- Manage all documentation for imports.
- Independently handle customs clearance when the concerned is unavailable.

3. Coordinate with CHA’s and Liners
- Ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with Customs House Agents (CHA) and shipping liners.

4. Follow-up on Import Supplies
- Expedite delivery of materials.
- Ensure all necessary documents are received promptly.

5. Maintain Tracking Sheet and Position Matrix
- Keep track of material in transit.
- Update and maintain accurate records of shipments.

6. Provide Documentation Support for QA Queries
- Assist the Quality Assurance team with necessary documentation.
- Ensure QA-related queries are resolved efficiently.

7. Collaborate with QC for Samples and PSS Reports
- Work closely with the Quality Control team for sample testing.
- Coordinate Product Sample Specifications (PSS) reports.

8. Liaison for New Product Development
- Act as the intermediary between SnT (Science and Technology) and Procurement.
- Support new product development initiatives.

9. Manage PSS and Sample Requests
- Handle Product Sample Specifications and sample requests from suppliers.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up.

10. Submission and Follow-up on Bills and Payments
- Submit complete sets of bills to the Accounts department.
- Follow up on payment processing and clearance.

11. Travel for Market Intelligence
- Travel to fields and regions where raw materials are grown.
- Gather market intelligence and insights.
