Export Documentation Executive

Looking for Female person staying between bandra to virar, having min experience of 5 Years to 15 Years and Should be working in Export Documentation profile. Must have good communication skill and self communication skill.
Knowledge of preparing pre shipment and post shipment documents like Custom Documents, Eway bills and Certificate of Origin and Insurance cover policies for CIF Documents and Liaise with Bank for negotiating of bank documents and Export and Import Payments, Follow-up with CHA (custom House Agent) for custom clearance of export shipment. Negotiation with Freight forwarder and transporter. Making all pre and post export shipment documents, strong follow-up for draw back and MEIS Export Incentives, maintaining MIS Report in excel. Maintaining and keeping records of all administration related work. Communicate with supplier on shipment for status, packing list and payment and dispatch. Coordinate with accounting team for TDS, GSTR Return Income Tax and bank for routine tasks relating to export.
Smart communicator and negotiator for container freight, clearance and with bank authorities for the export remittance related documents.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
