**Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management & Reporting**
- Collect, compile, and verify data from different departments.
- Maintain and update databases and reporting systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before final reporting.
- Prepare customized reports for various departments such as sales, production, finance, etc.

**2. Analysis & Insights**
- Analyze data trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide actionable insights through data interpretation.
- Assist management in strategic planning and forecasting.
- Monitor business performance using KPIs and metrics.

**3. Process Improvement**
- Streamline data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency.
- Implement automation wherever possible to reduce manual work.
- Recommend system upgrades or improvements to enhance reporting accuracy.

**4. Coordination & Support**
- Work closely with different teams such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Support management in presentations and decision-making reports.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements as and when needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel** (Advanced level: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, or BI software (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Tally).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Work Conditions**:

- **Work Hours**: 9 AM-9 PM
- **Location Type**: Umiyadham,Surat

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
