**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the buying team, suppliers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive merchandising strategy.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in creating visually appealing product displays to attract customers.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
