**Job Title: Project In Charge - Civil Engineering**

**Location**: North Goa

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage civil engineering projects villas.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and addressing any project-related inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, manage construction activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation, ensuring that they meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in B Tech Civil Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards in civil engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
