**Real estate - Lawyer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Property Transactions**:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, and power of attorney documents.

Conducting due diligence on property titles and verifying ownership rights, liens, encumbrances, and legal compliance.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Ensuring compliance with Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), local land laws, and municipal regulations.

Assisting clients with property registrations, mutation, and tax-related matters.

**Litigation Support**:
Representing clients in property-related disputes in courts, tribunals, or arbitration forums.

Drafting legal notices, plaints, and other court-related documents.

**Advisory Services**:
Providing legal opinions on land acquisition, property development, and investments in real estate projects.

Advising on zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental clearances.

**Client Management**:
Liaising with government authorities, including the sub-registrar's office, land revenue offices, and urban planning departments.

Collaborating with clients, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

**Contract Management**:
Ensuring the enforceability and legality of real estate contracts.

Managing and maintaining legal documentation for ongoing real estate projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.

Enrollment with a State Bar Council in India.

**Experience**:
3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in real estate law, either in a law firm or as part of an in-house legal team.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of property laws, RERA, and land acquisition laws in India.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Ability to handle disputes and litigation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology Proficiency:

- Familiarity with legal research tools and property management software.
- Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of local real estate practices and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹52,338.28 per month
