**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Accurately input data from images into Excel spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain data across various digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- **Proficiency in Office Software**:

- Use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other Office software to organize, analyze, and share data.
- Create and maintain well-organized files and reports.
- **Management Information System (MIS)**:

- Support MIS by maintaining and updating data, generating accurate reports as needed.
- Compile, analyze, and share data insights that help in process optimization.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Track and report on employee performance using defined objective metrics.
- Assist team leaders and managers with real-time data for performance reviews and improvement strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MIS and experience with employee performance tracking.
- Analytical skills to handle performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with data tracking and reporting systems is preferred.
