**Job Description**:
**Experience **:3 - 5 years

**Must Have Skills**:

- Formal software testing certification (ISTQB, ISEB, TMap)
- Exp in testing of marketing or real-time decisioning systems
- Proven experience of writing pragmatic test strategies
- Planning test scenarios, writing and executing test plans
- Excellent comms skills, be an upbeat pro-active team player

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Basic understanding of programming languages (Java, C++, etc)
- Strong experience in working with Databases and SQL
- Certs/exp of another marketing or data science tech(Adobe,Unica)
- Atleast 1 yr exp on marketing/decisioning platforms.
- Experience of machine-learning or artificial intelligence

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As Sr QA Associate, your prime responsibility will be planning, creating, and executing software test activities
- You are expected to own and lead all stages of the testing lifecycle from inception to delivery
- Take the initiative to resolve issues, tackle and remove roadblocks and see-through resolution of reqs, issues, and defect
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge and progression
- highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional comms skills
- Proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams
- Partner with both the client and the business team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project
- Demonstrate commitment to and enthusiasm for the client’s success by taking personal accountability
- Ensures that the product is fully functioning, meets business requirements, and is approved by our clients
- Interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate. Willingness to go the extra mile
- Dedication to a team-oriented environment, Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly
- Working with marketing, CVM or Data business functions, in delivering 'Next Best Action','Always-On' or realtime marketing
